Esteban A. Martinez lives in Denver, Colorado, where he teaches and practices law.
"In Memory of Gods and Heroes" is his first novel. He has
previously published poetry and short fiction, including the short
story, "Death of a Hero," which was was nominated for a
Pushcart Prize. He is working on a second novel which centers around the relationship
between Francis, a 65-year-old gay homeless man, Ruben, a young lawyer
disillusioned with the practice of law and, Amiga, a homeless Shih-Tzu
with whom Francis claims he can speak. |
